- 5-7+ years in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with global manufacturers and suppliers

## Nice to have

- Experience managing global categories across multiple regions
- Experience managing Data Center Fiber infrastructure (Indoor Plant Fiber, Outdoor Plant Fiber, In-the-row fiber connectivity, cabling)
- Professional certification (CPSM, CSCP, or CPIM)
- Experience with AI/data center infrastructure supply chains
- Background with hyperscalers, OEM/ODMs, or infrastructure providers
