## Required

- J.D. and active bar membership in California or New York
- 10+ years employment and labor law experience with significant time at both law firm and in-house
- Demonstrated experience leading an employment law function or managing outside counsel
- Deep expertise in wage-and-hour, discrimination, leave, accommodation, labor relations, and workforce classification
- Working knowledge of international employment frameworks (EU, UK, and StubHub operating markets)
- Track record building or modernizing employment policies, training, and compliance infrastructure

## Nice to have

- Experience at technology company, marketplace, or global consumer business
- Bar membership in additional states beyond California or New York
- Experience advising public companies or preparing for public-company employment law standards
- Experience partnering with Total Rewards or Compensation teams on pay equity and transparency
