## Required

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years clinical research or related field experience
- 3+ years hands-on TMF and/or CTMS operations experience
- Knowledge of ICH GCP and global clinical documentation requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Cross-functional collaboration ability

## Nice to have

- Working knowledge of Veeva Vault Clinical Suite
- Experience supporting audits or inspections
