- Multi-entity public company SOX environment experience
- Strong US GAAP and internal controls knowledge

- ERP systems experience (NetSuite or similar)
- SaaS or technology company accounting background

## Nice to have

- Foreign currency accounting expertise
- Executive presence and communication skills
- Experience with accounting automation and AI initiatives
