## Required

- Expert knowledge of home department processes and procedures
- Ability to train other associates on SOPs and labor management standards
- Proficient verbal, written and reading communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to stand and work extended periods including overtime
- Flexibility to work any shift, any channel in the distribution center
- Safe work practices and adherence to all safety rules

## Nice to have

- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of automated distribution center experience
