You'll drill and cut precise holes in fiberglass boat hulls and components using hand tools and power equipment, inspecting your work to ensure it meets manufacturing standards. This role suits someone comfortable with repetitive, detail-oriented work in a loud, dusty manufacturing environment and willing to wear respiratory protection for extended periods.

## Required

- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to safely operate hand-held cutting and drilling tools
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, measurements, templates, and blueprints
- Ability to visually inspect cut openings for quality and make corrections
- Ability to wear respiratory protection and PPE for extended periods
- Ability to work scheduled hours including overtime

## Nice to have

- Prior fiberglass cutting, drilling, or grinding experience in boat or composite manufacturing
- Experience with hole saws, diamond blades, grinders, or routers on fiberglass
- Familiarity with marine manufacturing processes
- Experience in team-based production manufacturing environments
- Prior experience reading shop drawings or templates
