- Understanding of Agentic AI or willingness to learn it

- Ion implantation physics and dopant activation knowledge
- High-volume manufacturing and advanced process control experience
- Statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making skills
- Familiarity with SPC, DOE, FMEA, and process qualification methods
- Programming or data analysis experience
