## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering
- 4+ years metal additive manufacturing experience, specifically laser powder bed fusion
- Deep understanding of L-PBF process controls and manufacturing qualification logic
- Experience owning AM products through full lifecycle including post-processing
- Experience developing, analyzing, and certifying AM parts for aerospace production
- Proficiency with post-processing techniques including heat treatment, HIP, and machining
- Experience leading complex technical investigations and driving cross-functional decisions
- Ability to influence and align engineering, operations, quality, and leadership teams
- Strong technical communication across specifications, risk narratives, and executive presentations

## Nice to have

- EOS M-series or M4K production platform experience
- Aerospace flight hardware background
- AS9100 certification experience
- Qualification campaign and M&P release process experience
- High-rate manufacturing ramp-up experience
- NDI/NDE methods knowledge including CT, X-ray, ultrasonic testing
- Statistical process control, design of experiments, or metallurgical analysis expertise
- CT and inspection data analysis capability
- Thermal processing knowledge or supplier technical management experience
- Jira, MES/ERP systems, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or Minitab proficiency
