## Required

- Deep expertise in CLO and CDO markets
- Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and asset-specific analytics including prepayment and loss modeling
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability to independently research complex topics and make sound valuation decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record coaching and developing teams
- Strong relationship-building and partner leadership skills
- Experience collaborating across business, sales, product, project management, technology, and vendor teams
- Established network of broker and dealer contacts in structured credit markets

## Nice to have

- 5+ years in CLO/CDO trading, sales, structuring, modeling, valuation, or related structured finance roles
- Bachelor's or Master's in a STEM field
- CFA designation, FINRA licenses, or other relevant fixed income certifications
- Experience in a global and matrixed organization
