- Inventory and cost accounting familiarity in retail/apparel/CPG
- Big 4 or mid-tier public accounting experience
- Advanced ERP experience with NetSuite preferred
- Strong people leadership and team development track record

## Nice to have

- MBA degree
- Mix of Big 4/mid-tier public accounting and private industry experience
