## Summary

This role builds and maintains the internal infrastructure and tooling that Sentry's engineering teams use for development, testing, and deployment. You'll focus on improving CI/CD pipelines, development environments, and SDK publishing while supporting both human engineers and AI coding agents.

## Required

- 5+ years software engineering experience or equivalent in developer tools and infrastructure
- Track record building or significantly improving developer tooling or infrastructure
- Strong Python proficiency
- Experience improving CI/CD systems including diagnosing performance or reliability issues
- Experience leading complex technical projects through design, implementation, and rollout
- Production experience with Docker and container orchestration
- Cloud infrastructure experience with GCP or AWS
- Experience working across engineering teams to build agreement on tools and standards
- Clear written and verbal communication

## Nice to have

- Kubernetes familiarity
- Infrastructure as code tools experience
