## Required

- 6+ years of Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering experience
- Experience operating and troubleshooting blockchain nodes and distributed systems in production
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes internals and tuning for large-scale workloads
- Deep expertise in blockchain protocols and their infrastructure demands
- Proficiency with Terraform or Pulumi and cloud networking fundamentals
- Proficiency in Go or Python for platform automation and infrastructure tooling
- Experience managing SQL databases and stateful production services
- Proven technical leadership in complex distributed systems architecture
- Experience mentoring engineers and scaling SRE best practices across teams

## Nice to have

- Passion for crypto and blockchain infrastructure
- Experience building AI-enabled infrastructure tooling or agentic workflows
- Familiarity with MCP servers and responsible use of generative AI for engineering productivity
- Experience with observability and chaos engineering techniques
