- Understanding of low-latency system design, performance optimization, and high-throughput architecture
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
