## Required

- Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license
- Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
- Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season
- Deep knowledge of tax law
- Familiarity with Circular 230
- Minimum 20 hours per week onsite at TurboTax retail location
- Able to obtain any required state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
- Proficiency with tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools

## Nice to have

- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
- Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing
- Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert
