- Advanced proficiency in at least one professional 3D platform (Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, or 3ds Max)
- Portfolio demonstrating brand design, motion graphics, 3D visualization, and product animations
- Ability to understand and visualize engineering concepts
- U.S. citizen eligible to obtain and maintain DoD Security Clearance

## Nice to have

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Animation, Digital Media, or related field
- Experience with rendering engines (Redshift, Arnold, Octane, V-Ray)
- Experience creating graphics for government proposals or customers
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools
- Experience creating AR/VR or interactive visual assets
