## Summary

This role leads campaign execution and operational improvements for Virta's member communications across email, direct mail, and SMS, using Braze as the core platform. You'll own ongoing programs while building scalable workflows that enable the team to deliver more personalized outreach and reduce manual work.

## Required

- 5–7 years of marketing operations, lifecycle operations, or marketing technology experience
- Independent ownership of complex campaigns and operational improvements
- Experience building and maintaining scalable workflows in Braze or comparable customer engagement platform
- Ability to translate business needs into system and data requirements
- Strong project ownership and communication skills
- Successfully designed and implemented repeatable AI-enabled workflows

## Nice to have

- Hands-on experience with Braze Canvases, Catalogs, Content Blocks, and Liquid personalization
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, SQL, APIs, or data integrations
- Experience supporting direct mail or SMS programs including vendor coordination
- Experience in healthcare, benefits, or environments with complex eligibility and client-specific requirements
