## Summary

NVIDIA is seeking a senior engineer to own memory bring-up and qualification for its GPU and SoC programs, diagnosing and fixing marginal memory issues before they reach customers and building AI-accelerated tools to detect problems earlier. This role suits someone with deep hands-on experience in high-speed memory interfaces who can root-cause complex cross-team failures and codify solutions into reusable methodologies.

_Our summary, not NVIDIA's wording._

## Skills named

Machine Learning, PCB Design, Python

## Required

- B.Tech or M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years in semiconductor industry
- 3+ years on memory interface bring-up and characterization on shipped silicon
- Deep protocol and physical-layer understanding of GDDR, LPDDR, or HBM
- Hands-on lab experience with oscilloscope, DMM, thermal chambers, protocol analyzers
- Knowledge of PCB stack-up, board layout, power planes, and SI/PI guidelines
- Root-cause closure example with productized fix on ambiguous memory failure

## Nice to have

- Experience building reusable qualification methodology or debug playbooks adopted across programs
- AI-driven workflows beyond personal use—agentic systems, RAG-grounded assistants, automated analysis, ML margin prediction—deployed at team scope
- History of codifying memory failure fixes as methodology adopted beyond immediate program
