- Experience supporting internal platform teams like Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Customer Success Operations

- Jira Software and Jira Service Management management experience
- Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, SQL, and enterprise systems
- Delivery metrics expertise (velocity, throughput, cycle time)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills

## Nice to have

- Experience with revenue technology platforms like HubSpot, Zendesk, Gong, Outreach, LeanData, or Marketo
