## Required

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Life/Health Producer license and FINRA Series 7 plus either Series 66 or both Series 63 and 65
- Current valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and personal vehicle insurance
- Pass FINRA background check and fingerprinting
- Sign Broker-Dealer Registered Representative Agreement
- 2-6 years of licensed securities experience

## Nice to have

- Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- 4-6 years of licensed securities experience in place of a degree
- Member/client relationship management experience in a financial institution
- Financial planning experience in a financial institution
- Sales or business development experience in a financial institution
- CFP or ChFC certification
- Spanish language proficiency
- Strong knowledge of investment products and financial planning concepts
- Experience analyzing financial data and presenting recommendations
