- Effective organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong mechanical skills and hand tool proficiency
- Computer skills for service literature and work requests
- Good interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Understanding of internal combustion engine operation
- Ability to read electrical circuit diagrams and use a multimeter
- Familiarity with emissions testing sensors and measurement equipment
- Experience with axle assembly and repair
- Fabrication and welding experience

## Nice to have

- Experience with alternative powertrain systems (Hybrid, BEV, fuel cell, eMotors, HV)
- ASE or State Mechanic Certification (diesel, electrical, hybrid, engine repair, or transmission/driveline)
- Enrolled in or pursuing technical associate or bachelor degree (NATEF or ABET accredited)
- Engine testing and mechanical assembly/disassembly knowledge
- Class A CDL
- NVH testing and chassis ears experience
- PID Loop Controller experience
- Engine or Chassis Dynamometer Testing Certificate
