## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years manufacturing test engineering experience for electro-mechanical or embedded systems
- 3+ years in a leadership or management role
- Experience building and scaling test teams in high-growth environments
- End-to-end ownership of manufacturing test systems from requirements through deployment
- Mixed-signal bed-of-nails and functional test hardware development
- Test software development proficiency
- Electrical and mechanical fixture integration knowledge
- DFT tools and standards knowledge
- Cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills

## Nice to have

- Experience in robotics, aerospace, automotive, or complex electro-mechanical systems
- Safety-critical product testing and regulatory compliance experience
- Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or quality improvement methodology background
- SEIT-to-MTE handoff protocol experience
- Cable harness and interconnect validation experience
