## Required

- 18 years of age or older
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to build customer connections
- Passion for service and drive to achieve sales goals
- Minimum 16 hours per week availability including Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk entire shifts
- Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, stretch, and safely use ladders and step stools
- Willingness to wear Rothy's shoes during shifts

## Nice to have

- Flexibility to work either 3 peak days or 2 peak days plus 2 non-peak days
