## Required

- 10+ years project management experience in AV or display technology
- Experience delivering complex large-scale LED display deployments
- Understanding of structural systems, electrical infrastructure, mechanical integration, LED display technology, and media playback systems
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and external partners
- Willingness to travel up to 30% domestic and international
- Valid driver's license

## Nice to have

- Experience with large complex LED installations
- Experience coordinating with general contractors and construction teams
- PMP certification or similar project management credential
- Experience with 3D model coordination (Revit) and 2D drafting (AutoCAD)
