## Required

- Fully qualified German lawyer (First and Second State Exam)
- Fluent in German and English
- 5–10 years commercial attorney experience with SaaS agreements in technology/software/public company
- Strong understanding of European commercial legal considerations
- Experience negotiating contracts with sales teams
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Outcomes-oriented and collaborative mindset

## Nice to have

- In-house legal department experience
- Technology or software industry background
- Experience in hybrid or remote work environment
- Prior use of contract lifecycle management software (e.g. Conga/SFDC)
