## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, Physics or related technical field
- Minimum 10 years semiconductor process engineering experience in defect monitoring and reduction
- Working knowledge of SPC and DOE methodology
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
- Experience as a contributing member of cross-functional teams
- Ability to meet deadlines, schedules and commitments

## Nice to have

- Experience leading logic technology development at 45nm or below
- Advanced defect inspection and review tools experience (bright field, dark field, e-beam, Vis-edge)
- Knowledge of Klarity Defect or similar software
- Strong data mining and troubleshooting skills
- Self-starter personality
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
