## Required

- Stand for 8-hour shifts with minimal breaks
- Lift and carry 25-50 lb boxes repeatedly throughout shift
- Work in temperature range of 55-100°F
- Climb ladders and conveyors to clear jams
- Weigh and measure product to specification
- Hand-tie and hand-slice pretzels
- Pack pretzels into bags and boxes with proper coding
- Clear equipment jams and maintain line productivity
- Maintain sanitary work area
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety programs
- Work while wearing rubber gloves and hairnets
- Read and apply labeling instructions correctly
- Perform basic math and count to 130

## Nice to have

- Experience with mechanical or hand taping equipment
- Familiarity with food production environments
