## Required

- JD from ABA-accredited law school and bar admission in good standing

- Working knowledge of commercial law across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience with quality requirements, agreements, and claims
- Executive presence with senior leadership
- Ability to collaborate and build credibility with internal teams

## Nice to have

- In-house legal experience
- Semiconductor or adjacent industry background
- Experience with law firms at top tier
- Demonstrated adoption and optimization of legal AI tools
