- Track record of turning ambiguous cross-cutting problems into clear strategy and shipped outcomes
- Strong communication and storytelling skills

## Nice to have

- Experience as an SRE, observability engineer, or infrastructure engineer
- Hands-on experience building AI agents or instrumenting them in production
- Contributions to OpenTelemetry or adjacent open-source telemetry projects
