## Required

- Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 15 years experience in wireless telecommunications, network engineering, systems integration, or customer technical leadership
- Experience with LTE and/or 5G network integration, configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Demonstrated success managing technical relationships with telecommunications operators or strategic partners
- Experience supporting large-scale wireless network deployments and service enablement

## Nice to have

- Advanced degree or industry-recognized telecommunications certifications
- Experience with satellite-integrated communications systems or non-terrestrial networks (NTN)
- Familiarity with multi-vendor network environments and interoperability initiatives
- Experience supporting network trials and new technology introductions
- Knowledge of wireless network protocols, transport architectures, and performance optimization methodologies
- Experience in global engineering environments
