- 10+ years IT experience
- 5+ years digital workplace or end-user computing or executive support experience
- Executive or VIP support experience
- Incident and escalation management in enterprise IT
- Strong Microsoft 365 ecosystem knowledge including Intune, SCCM, Autopilot
- Hands-on virtual desktop platform experience (Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, AWS Workspaces)
- Enterprise audiovisual and collaboration environments experience
- Device lifecycle management knowledge
- Troubleshooting skills and clear communication
- Ability to operate under pressure with high visibility business users

## Nice to have

- Background developing operational documentation and runbooks
- Experience mentoring support staff or serving as senior technical lead
- Proactive planning and readiness support for executive meetings and events
- Working understanding of AI and GenAI technologies
- Familiarity with Microsoft E5 Security capabilities
