- High school diploma or GED
- Two or more years of related ammonia refrigeration experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Intermediate knowledge of ammonia and refrigeration chemistry and operations
- Ability to respond to emergency situations in hazardous environments
- Ability to work on-call and flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be 21 years or older to drive for company business

## Nice to have

- Completion of vocational or technical school
- RETA CARO and/or CIRO certification
- RETA Operator I and II certification
- 24 Hour Hazardous Response certification
