- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Robotics; OR Bachelor's degree in one of those fields plus 4+ years of relevant work experience
- Working-level software development experience in Linux environment
- Working knowledge of modern C++, Python, Bash, and REST APIs
- Experience with testing and verification of hardware-software systems
- Working-level Git version control experience
- Working knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins
- Agile methodology experience (Kanban/Scrum)
- Ability to monitor software and work in a moving vehicle for extended periods
- Transportation, engineering, safety, or related technology experience

- Closed course testing experience
