## Required

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of preventive maintenance
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot mechanical or surface defects
- Basic understanding of production environments
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical capability for standing, lifting, and working in production environment
- Ability to wear required PPE including respirators

## Nice to have

- Previous experience in mold maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or related mechanical work
