## Summary

You'll architect and deploy production-grade multi-agent AI systems for enterprise clients across the full technology stack, combining agentic system design with LLMOps at scale. This role suits experienced AI engineers who have shipped production agentic systems, managed eval frameworks, and can lead complex client engagements while establishing reusable patterns across the practice.

## Required

- Shipped multi-agent systems in production
- Hands-on agentic AI deployment experience
- Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent at production depth
- LLM API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI) in production code
- RAG pipeline ownership including embeddings, chunking, and vector databases
- LLMOps fundamentals including eval harness and prompt versioning
- Cloud-native engineering with Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, and IaC
- Strong Python or equivalent backend language
- Team management and people leadership experience

## Nice to have

- Java or other backend languages
- Experience with open-source LLM models
- Forward Deployed Engineer programme interest
