- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra and numerical optimization
- Familiarity with computer vision and machine learning libraries
- Experience optimizing algorithms for CPU and GPU execution
- Experience with MLOps practices

## Nice to have

- Publications in CVPR, ICCV, RSS, or ICRA
- Experience with YOLO or Faster/Mask R-CNN
- Experience developing ML models for 3D or 6D pose estimation
- Prior technical leadership experience
