- Direct experience in semiconductor mask, lithography, or wafer fabrication (EUV, DUV, or advanced nodes)
- Actinic mask inspection or defect printability analysis experience
- BEOL or FEOL process control and mask process qualification background
- Experience defining tool requirements and roadmap strategy
- Track record collaborating with semiconductor equipment suppliers
- Hands-on EUV or High-NA EUV mask/wafer technology development
- Deep understanding of lithography fundamentals and mask-to-wafer correlation
- Experience with lithography simulation, OPC, or mask pattern design
