## Required

- 3-6 years endpoint management experience with Jamf/Kandji and Microsoft Intune
- OSQuery and CrowdStrike expertise for endpoint visibility and threat detection
- Deep understanding of Okta Device Trust and Entra ID Conditional Access
- Proficiency in Bash, Python, or PowerShell scripting
- Certificate infrastructure knowledge (SCEP, PKCS)
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong documentation and ownership mindset

## Nice to have

- Jamf Pro administration experience with Smart Groups and configuration profiles
- Jamf Connect or equivalent SSO integration experience
- Jamf Protect or Microsoft Defender for Endpoint experience
- Linux endpoint management via Fleet, Puppet, or similar
- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or equivalent MDM certification
- SIEM tooling and endpoint log pipeline exposure
- Experience at a high-growth technology company during rapid scaling
- Absolute for Windows persistence experience
