## Required

- Nursing degree (ADN or BSN)
- Current RN licensure
- BLS certification from American Heart Association
- One year recent RN or LPN experience, or equivalent clinical healthcare experience if internal Cleveland Clinic transfer
- Demonstrated clinical competence

## Nice to have

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Ambulatory nursing experience
- Familiarity with Epic and external medical record systems
