- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
- 14+ years of related work experience
- Experience supporting engineering and manufacturing operations including tool/software development and database management
- U.S. Citizenship for security clearance eligibility
- Ability to obtain interim/final U.S. Secret Clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program clearance

## Nice to have

- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Experience with Siemens Teamcenter and integrated applications
- Knowledge of system integrations between PDM and ERP/MES
- Experience with Change Management and BOM Management processes
- Experience mentoring junior engineers
- Bill of Process development and management experience

- Manufacturing Bill of Materials expertise
- Understanding of Nonconformance processes
- MBI/Visualization techniques familiarity
