- 7+ years test engineering experience

- strong software skills for test automation and validation pipelines
- test automation and CI/regression infrastructure from scratch

- familiarity with Ethernet, UART, SPI interfaces
- owning complex test capability end to end
- driving integrated failures to root cause
- coordinating across engineering teams
- degree in computer, electrical, aerospace, or related engineering field (or equivalent

## Nice to have

- standing up HITL, SIL/HIL, or integrated test platform from scratch
- experience with spacecraft, launch vehicles, satellites, or high-reliability hardware systems
