## Summary

Deepgram seeks a hands-on leader to manage their talent acquisition team and drive recruiting across the company as it scales in the voice AI space. You'll combine team leadership with hands-on recruiting, use AI to build smarter sourcing and screening workflows, and partner with engineering and go-to-market leaders to fill roles that matter most.

## Required

- 5–8 years of recruiting experience
- Experience leading or managing recruiters
- Experience hiring across technical and go-to-market functions in high-growth tech or AI companies
- Experience recruiting for engineering and/or research roles
- Hands-on experience with modern recruiting tools (Ashby, Metaview, Juicebox)
- Ability to manage a recruiting team and hold them accountable
- Full-cycle recruiting capability
- Experience diagnosing funnel health and conversion metrics

## Nice to have

- Experience building AI-assisted recruiting workflows or automation
- Demonstrated ability to challenge senior stakeholders on hiring quality
