## Required

- 18 years or older
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build genuine customer connections
- Passion for service and sales drive
- Available minimum 16 hours per week with peak day availability (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, holidays)
- Ability to stand and walk entire shift
- Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 25 lbs
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch and safely use ladders and step stools
- Willingness to follow dress code including wearing Rothy's shoes during shifts

## Nice to have

- Product knowledge of Rothy's shoe and bag styles and sizing
- Willingness to support operational tasks
