- 10+ years of product management experience
- Direct practitioner-level understanding of accounting workflows (close processes, reconciliations, GL entries, client review)
- Track record shipping AI-native or workflow-automation products to production with strong adoption
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with blended responsibilities across engineering, design, marketing, and sales
- Technical fluency on agentic architecture, orchestration, and guardrails
- Excellent written and verbal communication translating between accounting practitioners, engineers, and executives

## Nice to have

- Background as CPA, Controller, accounting firm operator, or PM who built accounting/finance software
- Experience with agents, RPA, or intelligent automation in regulated or high-trust domains
- Familiarity with current AI/agentic technology and industry trends
- Familiarity with Intuit Enterprise Suite and Intuit Accountant Suite products
