## Required

- Graduate from accredited ADN or BSN nursing program
- Current state RN licensure

- ACLS and PALS certification through AHA upon hire or within one year
- One year of current acute care RN experience or licensed military RN experience

- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Critical care background
