- 15+ years of design experience
- 5+ years leading large design organizations with director-level reports
- Deep fluency in interaction design and visual craft
- Deep B2B SaaS experience
- Org-level AI fluency and experience integrating AI into design workflows
- Proven track record building design quality systems and frameworks
- Experience leading design through company inflection points
- Strong cross-functional leadership with product and engineering
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Responsibility for protecting company and customer data

## Nice to have

- Experience building AI tooling and workflows into design team practice
- Sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency
