## Required

- 4-7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for technical roles (Software Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, Data)
- Experience recruiting for business functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, People Operations)
- Strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter and outbound tools
- Direct partnership experience with hiring managers and executives
- Excellent interview and candidate assessment abilities
- Applicant tracking system experience (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches
- Strong organizational and communication skills

## Nice to have

- SaaS or technology company recruiting background
- Startup environment experience
