## Required

- 10+ years of leadership experience in product operations, support, customer success, or related functions
- Proven track record building and scaling operational functions from the ground up
- Leadership experience with enterprise software or business-critical platforms
- Cross-functional leadership across product, engineering, and business teams
- Experience managing global teams and third-party service providers
- Strong data-driven decision-making and use of KPIs to improve operations
- Experience with ticketing systems, support workflows, dashboards, and reporting frameworks

## Nice to have

- Experience supporting financial systems, ERP platforms, or mission-critical internal applications
- Background in technology, media, entertainment, or platform-based companies
- Experience building follow-the-sun or global support models
- Familiarity with AI-powered support tools and workflow automation
- Track record translating user feedback into product strategy and roadmap prioritization
