- 10–12+ years of progressive accounting and finance operations experience
- 5+ years in senior leadership overseeing AP/P2P and AR/O2C functions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Experience with modern ERPs like NetSuite or Workday
- Experience with billing engines like Stripe, Zuora, or Recurly
- Experience with spend management tools like Zip or Ramp
- Experience with payroll systems like ADP or Workday Payroll
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP and SOX internal controls compliance
- Multi-state payroll regulations expertise
- Global vendor compliance knowledge
- Proven track record leading system implementations and process automation

## Nice to have

- CPA, CMA, or MBA certification
- Experience in D2C e-commerce, consumer hardware, retail distribution, or SaaS/subscription environments
- Payroll operations leadership experience
