## Required

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- Knowledge of insurance and claims principles, practices and procedures
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of state and territory regulations

## Nice to have

- Professional designation
- Experience with subrogation and salvage coordination
- Experience with litigation management and discovery
- Experience mentoring junior claims staff
