## Required

- Experience supporting a senior executive, leading business operations, strategy & operations, program management, or analytics
- Strong business acumen and understanding of business models and performance drivers
- Analytical ability to work with quantitative information and identify inconsistencies in data
- Ability to translate operational information into concise executive-level insights
- Strong project and program management skills across multiple teams
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to operate independently with incomplete information
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated follow-through and attention to unresolved issues

## Nice to have

- Background in Customer Success, GTM Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Finance, or SaaS
- Familiarity with customer lifecycle and revenue metrics such as retention, NRR, GRR, renewals, expansion, and churn
- Experience with CRM, BI, financial, and customer success platforms
- Experience preparing executive or board-level reporting
- Partnership experience with Finance or RevOps on forecasts and planning
- Track record of building or improving operating processes
- Advanced spreadsheet skills
- Experience using AI and automation to improve productivity and workflows
